Size Exchange

We offer a 7-day size exchange only for eligible clothing items.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Size exchange is subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the wrong size or defective product was sent by us.

Jewellery

For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you recieve a damaged or incorrect jewellery item, please contact us within 48 hours of delievery.
